CHOCOLATE OF MODICA IGP WITH WILD MINT
From an ancient tradition that consists in the processing of cocoa mass with sugar mixed at low temperatures, Modica chocolate has become famous all over the world, also obtaining the I.G.P.
Its particular grainy texture makes it a unique chocolate, with an ancient flavor, in which the pungent flavor of cocoa is perceived, combined with grains of sugar. A product appreciated by true chocolate connoisseurs, the basic recipe is enriched by adding products of the highest quality, usually fruit or spices.
In this very particular version we sell it combined with wild mint, which gives the chocolate a natural hint of freshness typical of our wild mint.
Recommendations for use
To be savored alone, paired with dessert wines or pure spirits, such as Grappa.
It can be used in the preparation of sweets or ice cream.
