CHOCOLATE OF MODICA IGP WITH PISTACHIO
From an ancient tradition that consists in the processing of cocoa mass with sugar mixed at low temperatures, Modica chocolate has become famous all over the world, also obtaining the I.G.P.
Its particular grainy texture makes it a unique chocolate, with an ancient flavor, in which the pungent flavor of cocoa is perceived, combined with grains of sugar. A product appreciated by true chocolate connoisseurs, the basic recipe is enriched by adding top quality products: pistachio, citrus peel, fruit and spices.
The chopped pistachio gives the chocolate the crunchiness and flavor typical of the most precious fruit of our region, also referred to as green gold.
Recommendations for use:
To be savored alone, paired with dessert wines such as Moscato and Passito, but also with pure spirits, such as Grappa.
It can be used in various fruit and ice cream preparations.
