Fondirò was born outside the appellations IGP or DOP in order to have the freedom to undertake the making of a red wine extremely modern and unique.
A brilliant straw yellow color with light green reflections. The bouquet is intense and goes from floral scents (elder and acacia) to notes of white fleshed fruits (peach) combined with hints of Mediterranean maquis. The palate is enlivened by a fresh savory streak. A fine and elegant white, with an intriguing personality and surprising longevity.
Bayamore Bianco di Bianchi Doc Sicilia-Cantine Firriato
Intriguing blend of white grapes, a complex and enveloping expression that blends into a pleasant texture of perfumes. The balsamic and fresh fruit scents of Inzolia are completed with the memory of the dried flowers of Grillo against the background of notes of jasmine, apricot, peach and honeysuckle brought by Viognier.

Obtained from the careful processing of Inzolia and Chardonnay grapes, flanked by 10% of Viognier and 5% of Sauvignon Blanc, we are faced with a Reserve that, although in the name it draws inspiration from Maria Costanza Bianco, is the result of an original path.
With a bright straw yellow color, it is able to perfectly accompany a great variety of dishes based on fish, cheeses and cured meats, vegetables or light meats.

Elegant and complex white wine with a straw color with greenish reflections, produced from grapes grown on soil number 3 of the Suor Marchesa estate (Riesi).
On the nose the varietal notes blend with the notes of jasmine and white broom. The fruity scents are combined with very delicate spicy notes reminiscent of vanilla and pink pepper.
A full, structured and fresh white wine. Good confirmation of the notes perceived on the nose, with a long persistence on the palate.

Fascinating Amarone, the result of the union of dried grapes mainly Corvina and Rondinella, with small percentages of Croatina and Oseleta.
The 2015 Amarone Monte Lodoletta by Dal Forno Romano offers hints of ripe berries, balsamic references, aromatic herbs and dried roses.
In the mouth, the sip is well balanced between a pulpy fruit and a good dose of acidity, with very smooth tannins as a counterpoint. A red wine with a long finish of orange and touches of licorice.

It was born on the Regaleali estate and is made from Nero d'Avola grapes accompanied by a percentage of Perricone.
It is an exuberant, vibrant and very energetic wine, especially when it is young, after which with refinement it becomes very velvety and with a good taste progression.
It has boasted many and varied awards over the years, since its birth in 1959, from Gold Medals at the World Competition in Brussels to Three Glasses from Gambero Rosso, to various Crowns of Vinibuoni d'Italia.
