Cantina Baglio Oro
Organic Red Wine Perricone - Terre Siciliane IGT Costallegra Baglio Oro
(€11.90 / lt)
Organic red wine from Perricone grapes, full-bodied, savory and elegant
"Identity and tradition. Sea and sunsets"
Costallegra is a new line of "Sea wines" that the Baglio Oro winery has chosen to create by combining memory and family experience with modern oenology, always seeking new tastes and new aromas.
It is a savory, enveloping organic red wine, with great aroma and good persistence, which comes from 100% Perricone grapes harvested in the hinterland of Marsala. Furthermore, it is a wine that ages in concrete, a characteristic that makes its taste a little gentler and its aromas a little more fruity.

Nero d'Avola BIO, an organic red wine from the Costallegra line of the Baglio Oro winery
This organic red wine is created through a delicate pressing of the Perricone grapes, which after being harvested in the vineyards of the Baglio Oro winery in the Marsala hinterland areas, are left to ferment in contact with the skins for approximately 2 weeks at a controlled temperature.
It is a wine that ages in cement, very savory, enveloping and characterized by an elegant bouquet of undergrowth and spicy notes.
It is a young red, born within the Costallegra "sea wines" project, but despite its youth it is already a very important and versatile wine.
This organic red wine has a brilliant ruby red color with some purple notes.
On the nose, however, notes of dried fruit and black cherry mixed with hints of herbs and pink pepper stand out.
On the palate it is savory, enveloping, with soft and silky tannins that accompany a long and persistent finish enriched by spicy notes.
