A brilliant white that presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color with shades tending towards green.
It is a white wine that is aged for 6 months in the bottle, a process that manages to enhance its great organoleptic expression. In fact, the nose is very intense, complex, rich in some mineral notes.

The hills of Castelbuono, the area where this wine is born, give this bottle unique aromas and flavors, from the scents of bergamot, pink grapefruit, green mandarin, mulberry, peach, prickly pear, jasmine, orange blossom, to the flavors harmonious and which close with that touch of saline given the proximity of the sea
At sight it shows a bright yellow, with some green nuances.
The nose is quite intense, complex, with some floral and fruity notes.
On the palate, however, it is very balanced, long and persistent, with fresh hints of citrus, tropical fruit and honey. Very surprising in the finish with some notes of marine minerals that give vivacity
It is a perfect organic white wine to combine with fish-based dishes, such as seafood appetizers, shellfish, raw fish tartare. But also excellent with white meat or stretched curd cheeses.
