Oltrecento is a sweet Marsala Superiore from Cantina Florio, with an amber color and bright hues, tanned with the addition of mistella, cooked must and wine distillate, aged for 24 months in oak barrels and aged for another 2 in the bottle
The hints of raisins and vanilla anticipate a warm and round taste on the palate, with a harmonious background of dried fruit and raisins.
Perfect to accompany pastry and chocolate, try it with dried fruit.

Marsala Vergine Riserva, aged in small oak vats for 13 years, starting from the Garibaldi Cellar, 141 m away from the sea.
It expresses itself with a marine organoleptic character, giving the palate sensations of persistent flavor and crunchiness. Fresh and vibrant, it gives the nose Mediterranean aromas with notes of broom and yellow flowers.
Golden yellow in colour, it pairs perfectly with focaccia with butter and anchovies, bruschetta, cherry tomatoes and bottarga and mature cheeses

Fascinating Amarone, the result of the union of dried grapes mainly Corvina and Rondinella, with small percentages of Croatina and Oseleta.
The 2015 Amarone Monte Lodoletta by Dal Forno Romano offers hints of ripe berries, balsamic references, aromatic herbs and dried roses.
In the mouth, the sip is well balanced between a pulpy fruit and a good dose of acidity, with very smooth tannins as a counterpoint. A red wine with a long finish of orange and touches of licorice.

A label capable of being noticed even among the historic vintages of the Dal Forno Romano winery in Verona, thanks to the methodology with which it is produced.
Still wine with a very intense ruby red color. The nose perceives aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of dried fruit, in particular walnuts and almonds.
The ValPolicella Superiore 2015 in the mouth is harmonious and velvety, with important tannins and a finish of fruit in alcohol. Perfect with red meats, game and braised meats.

This high quality Sicilian Rum offers a bouquet of dried fruit aromas, hints of toffee and some vanilla notes.

Donna Franca is a blend of Marsala aged from 15 to 30 years in oak barrels. Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas.
Thanks to time and care, this blend lights up with a particular topaz color, accompanied by some amber reflections.
On the palate it is rich in hints of spices, candied fruit, caramel and bitter almond.

Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas. Vecchio Florio is a Marsala Superiore, the result of a blend of Grillo and Cataratto grapes which refine for 30 months in ancient oak barrels.
Its particularity comes from the harvesting of the grapes, which takes place at very advanced maturation, thus giving this Sicilian wine hints of raisins, bitter almonds, spices and vanilla, typical hints of Marsala.

Cantina Florio, which has always been synonymous with great Marsalas, has created a Marsala flavored with egg yolk.
Together with the egg yolk, infusions and natural aromas of secret manufacturing are also added, from which a delicate, soft and pleasant Marsala emerges.
At sight it presents an amber yellow color with coppery reflections. It opens with a bouquet of very sweet notes of cotton candy, sugared almonds and marzipan, followed by notes of aromatic herbs.

- Targa is a very long-lived wine, as is denoted by its vintage: 2006. It is a Marsala Superiore Semisecco Riserva DOC, a very important wine made with only Grillo grapes and also excellent to accompany good desserts but also to accompany some good aperitif

Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas, but in this case it has created a Passito that comes from Zibibbo grapes coming from the island of Pantelleria.
