Terre Arse of the Florio Winery: Marsala Vergine Riserva Dry from Grillo grapes

Award-winning Sicilian Marsala born from the combination of Grillo grapes, wine distillate and at least ten years of aging. The addition of minimal percentages of alcohol allows the characteristics of each single harvest to be preserved.

With an antique gold color with golden reflections, in addition to being a meditation wine, Terre Arse is also ideal for unusual aperitifs.

Combined with quality raw materials, such as smoked fish carpaccio, shellfish and bottarga or aged cheeses, it offers an innovative gourmet experience.

VINIFICATION: Pressing of grapes with a high sugar content to pass the precious substances contained in the skins to the must. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and preparation of the tanning by adding only the wine distillate to the wine obtained according to the tradition of Marsala Vergine.

MATURATION: At least 10 years in oak barrels

AGING: At least 2 months in the bottle
