Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas, but in this case it has created a Passito that comes from Zibibbo grapes coming from the island of Pantelleria.
The natural drying of the grapes under the sun guarantees a perfect concentration of sugar and aromas for a complex and full-bodied wine.
It is a wine rich in nuances, excellent for meditation or to accompany fresh pastries.

Tax includedIt is a Passito di Pantelleria that comes from bunches of ripe Zibibbo grapes and dried naturally under the hot Sicilian sun.
Thanks to truly optimal climatic conditions, this passito wine enjoys a perfect sugar and aromatic concentration as the base of a complex and full-bodied wine.
After drying the grapes, this wine undergoes slow fermentation and evolution for several months in oak barriques.
Thanks to its great aroma it is very suitable for aperitifs, or even for excellent fresh pastries.
It has a golden yellow color, and opens with a large, rich and aromatic bouquet, where raisins and apricot jam can be easily distinguished.
On the palate it is sweet, soft, structured and persistent, with aromas of apricot and dried figs.

VINIFICATION After harvesting, the grapes are left to dry in the sun in ideal climatic conditions. Passola, the grape concentrated by the sun in its organoleptic riches, when pressed gives rise to the must which ferments slowly and at a controlled temperature gives life to a zibibbo nectar.
