A sweet, soft Marsala flavored with egg yolk and natural flavourings

A traditional Marsala flavored with the natural substances of egg yolk, together with infusions and other natural flavourings.

It is a very delicate, soft and pleasant Marsala.

It has an amber yellow color, and opens with a bouquet rich in sweet notes, such as cotton candy, sugared almonds and marzipan, followed by aromatic notes.

On the palate it is soft, warm and enveloping, predominantly sweet and delicate, rich in hints of dried fruit. The finish is very persistent, with notes of toasted almond.

It is excellent for flavoring desserts such as a good dry pastry, or a typical tart.
