Excellent and elegant Etna Rosso Doc wine, from Nerello Mascalese grapes and small percentages of Nerello Cappuccio, on the northern slope of Mount Etna, in Contrada San Lorenzo in Randazzo, from a volcanic territory rich in aromas, flavors and unique colors.
From Nerello Mascalese grapes vinified in white with the charmat method. Fine and elegant on the nose with a delicate and continuous perlage. Savory, dry and fragrant in the mouth with a final closure with surprising drinkability.

Produced on the north side of Etna, in Castiglione di Sicilia, Valdemone Spumante EXTRA DRY is obtained from Nerello Mascalese grapes and vinified in white with the Charmat method.
Fermented in steel and then in an autoclave for the second fermentation. Finally it is aged in the bottle for three months before being marketed

Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
The name of this white wine, "M", comes from the initial of Malfa, a small town on the island of Salina.
The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.
Pietradolce's Etna Rosso is an elegant expression of Nerello Mascalese, which is born on the slopes of Etna, precisely in Castiglione di Sicilia.
This wine, with a pale ruby red colour, has a fresh, elegant and delicate flavor but is characterized by a rich sapidity. On the other hand, the scent is delicate and spicy, with nuances of wild berries combined with woody hints of herbs and roots.
This white wine is a Certified Organic wine which takes its name from the cru from which the grapes come, namely: Masso. This name originates from the block of sandy rocks with red stones of which the land is composed.
