Saint Germain Doux Sicilian Sparkling Wine - Firriato

The wide range of Firriato’s sparkling wines has enlarged with an elegant charmat method with a strong Sicilian identity. Zibibbo, a little bit of Inzolia and other native aromatic varietals growing in the kaleidoscopic mosaic of the Borgo Guarini estate, are harmoniously blended with the Martinotti method in order to offer an intese and delicate wine, fresh and pleasant on the palate. The varietal fragrances are nestled in an olfactory frame of flowery sensations, notes of jasmin, sage and white fruit. On the palate the sweetness never fills and the acidity level makes it absolutely unique. Its crown jewel is based on easy pearing: suitable for matching with dry pastries, but also with fruit; interesting to taste with some spicy cheese.

TASTING NOTES
Color: bright straw yellow.
Nose: very aromatic and easy to recognize, flowery fragrances, notes of white peach, sage and jasmin.
Palate: sweet, with remarkable acidity level and freshness, persistent fruit notes with sweet spices finish.
