A mix of almond paste sweets. The pack includes a sampling of four different types of almond paste: Fior di Mandorle, Almond Pastry with Candied Cherries, Almond Pastry with Toasted Almond Flakes, and, finally, the delicious Almond Pastry with Pistachio.

All almond pastes are made using exclusively natural Sicilian ingredients in the Pasticceria Giulio artisanal workshop in Capo d'Orlando, by Master Pastry Chef Franco Giulio.

Perfect for a snack, breakfast, or after-dinner drink with friends.

Packaging: 1 kg box. (The 1 kg box contains approximately 43-45 almond pastes, each paste is individually wrapped in clear plastic bags.)

Ingredients of ALMOND FLOWER, ALMOND PASTE WITH FLAKES, PISTACHIO PASTE, ALMOND PASTE WITH CANDIED CHERRIES: Sugar, sweet almonds, egg white, diced orange (Calabrian navel orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup), egg, pistachios, vanilla, lemon essential oil, almond essential oil, candied red cherries (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, wheat, sucrose, acidity regulator: E330, preservatives: E202, E220, sulfites, coloring: E127).

Please note: Our almond paste biscuits are completely preservative-free and therefore have a shelf life of ONLY 30 days from the production date (note: they are produced every 2 days). The preservatives listed in the ingredients refer only to the candied red cherry used as a decorative element in the almond paste biscuits with cherry.
