A "salty" version of the classic Artisan Panettone, which comes from an idea of ​​Francesco Manuele, historic master pastry chef and owner of the Nuova Dolceria in Ferla.

This Panettone, which is made by hand and is mixed only with natural yeast, is one of the most creative of the Nuova Dolceria, thanks to this dough that mixes between sweet and savoury, thanks to the raisins that mix with the candied olives and cherry tomatoes, which you can also find in individual jars!

A very soft dough which is then flavored with essential oils of both orange peel and lemon peel.
