Fondirò was born outside the appellations IGP or DOP in order to have the freedom to undertake the making of a red wine extremely modern and unique.
Intense ruby red with brilliant purple reflections; it offers intense fruity aromas, black cherry and plum notes stand out; the bouquet opens with delicate flowery nuances and characteristic spicy notes of black pepper. The palate is supported by freshness and softness that make it juicy and a real pleasure to drink. Fine and well integrated tannins.

Pruvenza 2017 is a wine with enormous potential. Frappato, a native grape variety that has always been produced in the Vittoria area, has the project of clearing the chiché which imagines it to be a wine to be drunk within the year.
On the nose, hints of red fruits and excellent drinkability, but also greater complexity and thickness than is usually found in the type.
To be paired with red meat dishes, cured meats and medium and long-aged cheeses. Try it on a tuna steak.

It is an exuberant, vibrant and very energetic wine, especially when it is young, after which with refinement it becomes very velvety and with a good taste progression.
It has boasted many and varied awards over the years, since its birth in 1959, from Gold Medals at the World Competition in Brussels to Three Glasses from Gambero Rosso, to various Crowns of Vinibuoni d'Italia. At sight it presents an intense yellow color with golden reflections, while on the nose it opens with an aromatic bouquet with notes of fresh fruit, grapes and candied fruit.
On the palate it is very balanced, sweet and very fresh, with a pleasant persistence.
