Dare rosé wine IGT Terre Siciliane 2021 from pure frappato grapes

The frappato rosato by Paolo Calì is a wine of great freshness on the palate with a persistent pleasantness accompanied by a surprising and unforgettable sensation of euphoria, given by the fragrance of a scent that recalls raspberry and dog rose and which transmits the spirit of conviviality.

With a bright bright pink color, slightly sparkling, it is obtained from pure Frappato grapes grown in the soil of the sands and vinified, enhancing the peculiarities of the soil and climate.

When tasted, it reveals notes of red berries and a pleasant persistence that confirm the olfactory sensations. The taste is pulpy, fresh, fragrant with a gentle tannin; a nice flavor reveals a good balance between softness and acidity.

Perfect for aperitifs or appetizers, to be combined with fish-based dishes in general, desserts.
