Mediterranean tuna fillets in olive oil - 200g jar

From tuna of the species Euthynnus Alletteratus, also known by the name of Tuna Alletterato for the presence of particular marks on the back that resemble the letters of the alphabet.

A fish very common in the Mediterranean sea, of high quality fish, caught in FAO Zone 37.1.2, is processed exclusively in Sicily.

All tuna are cleaned by hand and without chemicals. Once cleaned and cooked in water and salt, the fish are filleted and placed by hand in glass jars without the addition of preservatives or flavor enhancers.

Cooking in water and salt, at "low temperature" allows the tuna to keep its nutritional properties intact, unlike what happens in industrial processing, where the fish are steamed at very high temperatures and for this reason the meat is weakened . Taste and admire the compactness of the meats of our tuna.
