Buying our swordfish fillets in oil means buying handcrafted swordfish with great passion and utmost care in the selection of raw materials and in the quality of the manufacturing process.
The chosen swordfish is cleaned by hand and without chemicals. Once cleaned and cooked in water and salt, the swordfish are filleted and placed by hand in glass jars with olive oil, without adding preservatives or flavor enhancers.
Recommendations for use:
Excellent second course accompanied with seasonal vegetables, salad or boiled potatoes.
The swordfish fillets are also perfect as a high-level appetizer.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
