Corda Pazza was born from the encounter between the Sicilian native vines Frappato, Nero D'Avola and Syrah grapes.
The surprising blend gives life to a ruby red with violet reflections, with an intense and fruity aroma that recalls the hints of morello plum with a background of berries, iquirice and chocolate. Corda Pazza is full, warm and rightly tannic on the palate.

Contrada Melia is one of the last outposts where the Delizia del Etna apple ripens in March, one of the emblematic species of the volcano's biodiversity.
The liqueur is born from the maceration and infusion of the pulp in alcohol for at least 60 days.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, delight apple infusion.

The Etna Tabacchiera Peach is a Slow food presidium grown in very few municipalities. In the Aragona district, in Adrano it is harvested in May and the intense aroma of its pulp is preserved in this liqueur thanks to the maceration in alcohol.

Marzola is a late mandarin that ripens in March. In the Blanco district, the temperature changes favor the intense aroma of its skins preserved in this liqueur thanks to an infusion in alcohol for 60 days.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, tangerine peel infusion.
Any residues are obtained by infusing the mandarin peel.

Obtained from the infusion of Tarocco Gallo orange peels harvested in January in alcohol, this variety grown on the slopes of Etna is distinguished by the presence of anthocyanins in the skins.

The First Flower lemon is harvested in the San Martino Piana district in February. The rinds are infused in alcohol to seal the intense scent of the Etna lands in this liqueur.

The Strawberry Liqueur of Maletto, meticulously selected by hand, is then macerated several times in alcohol, to obtain a very good liqueur to be combined with fruit desserts at the end of the meal.

Bianco di Mariagrazia White wine 2017 - Etna Bianco DOC - Tenuta Benedetta
From Etna Mountain.
From a sandy soil rich in limestone, from the union between Frappato and Nero d'Avola, was born the Pittore Contadino DOCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria 2017
The intense garnet red color, combined with the scent of small red fruits with a background of licorice and warm notes of chocolate, make this wine the perfect match for red meat, game and aged cheeses.
Aged: 2017
Frappato is an ancient vine grown mainly in the province of Ragusa, where it expresses its full potential.
The hints of red berries, which are also perceived on the palate, are the characteristics of this wine that make it pleasant to combine with both meat and fish.
Vintage: 2018
Our Grillo shows a straw white color with sage green reflections. On the nose the bouquet is fresh with notes of citrus flowers, while on the palate it is quite savory and mineral, with a return of citrus notes, combined with a pleasant freshness.
To combine with fish first courses, mixed fried food, gourmet sandwiches.Recommended together with vegetarian dishes.

Catàmmari inebriates the senses with a scent of white peach, grapefruit and orange blossom flowers. On the palate it is mineral with a marked acidity.
Excellent as an aperitif, with fresh cheeses, with shellfish and fried fish
