Organic wine with a ruby red color with light purple hues, obtained from Nero d'Avola vines, from the historic Abbey of Santa Anastasia.
A well-structured red wine, elegant, gently tannic and persistent in taste, with a scent of cherry, raspberry, blackberry and mulberry, with a floral finish of violet, lavender and a fresh aroma of blood orange.
Perfect to combine with cold cuts and cheeses, red meats, vegetables, greens and typically Sicilian fish dishes.

With an intense and deep ruby red color, a wine made enveloping in its tannic note that is transformed into a silky tasting pleasure, from a passage in barriques.
Vigorous in its aromas, it narrates the two grape varieties of origin (65% Nero d 'Avola and 35% Merlot) between aromas of cherry, blackberry, currant, lavender, vanilla.
The structured taste, full-bodied, soft in its tannic perception, makes it exciting with dishes based on meat, game but also risottos and first courses with a strong taste.

Fermented at low temperature, with a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, Grillo 2021 from the Santa Anastasia Abbey is a fresh, savory and persistent wine.

Sensational Chardonnay, macerated at low temperature in concrete tanks, fermented in white oak barriques and aged for 6 months in oak tonneaux, with weekly batonnage.
A clear wine, straw yellow in color with amber reflections. It is granted to the nose with notes of acacia honey, chamomile flowers, vanilla and orange blossom.
The soft, enveloping and long taste make it a wine of great balance, to be combined with semi-aged cheeses, white meat, smoked fish, risotto with mushrooms and vegetables

Disueri is a Nero d'Avola that was born in the San Giacomo Estate, in Butera, near Caltanissetta.
This estate is very special for its colour, a white color "like snow and Sicilian nougat", only Nero d'Avola grapes grow here.
In the glass this wine has a ruby red color with some violet reflections, with a bouquet of blueberries and black cherries.
The sip is well structured with a fruity persistence.
Jalè is a modern and captivating Chardonnay. It has a fragrant scent, enriched with tropical fruit, citrus and mineral tones.
On the palate it is quite round, enveloping and lively, with a long persistence.
It is a wine that is well aged, first 6 months in oak barrels and then 6 months in the bottle
