Grillo is a native white grape variety that has the distinction of having a much higher sugar content than other white grapes and the vocation, unusual for a white wine, of being particularly predisposed to aging.

Fermented at low temperature, with a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, Grillo 2021 from the Santa Anastasia Abbey is a fresh, savory and persistent wine.

The nose offers fresh aromas of fruit such as peach, pineapple, grapefruit, mandarin and even the unexpected prickly pear.

Perfect to accompany shellfish, seafood, first and second courses based on fish and seasonal vegetables.

Recommended together with vegetarian dishes.
