This Spumante Brut wine is a Pinot noir that is aged for 60 months on the lees, a process that leads this Spumante to boast a very fine and elegant perlage

Production technique: Vinification of whole grapes in white, with soft pressing. Low temperature fermentation. Draft during the spring following the harvest. Refermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 17°.
Maturation: In contact with the lees for 60 months, placed on pupitres with manual remuage. Disgorgement carried out in November 2021. Then aging in the bottle.
