The peculiarity of this ready-made ragù is its flavor given by the appetizing Mortadella produced by the “Black Pig” which has always lived in the wild in the woods of the Nebrodi mountains.

This is the particular and precious Sicilian autochthonous breed with refined meats, from which these excellent salami typical of the Nebrodi Mountains of excellent quality are produced.
