"Drops of Excellence of Sicily" brings Trapanese Pesto to your tables: an ancient recipe, typical of western Sicily, which originates in the Trapani ports where it was prepared with fresh and typical Sicilian ingredients such as tomato and almonds.

A very fresh and tasty recipe, with a delicate and aromatic flavor, very simple in the ingredients, for typically Sicilian first courses that will give harmony to your palate.

Thanks to its velvety flavor and intense aroma that you will feel as soon as you open the jar, this condiment goes well with all types of pasta and is excellent to use both for hot and cold pasta.

Produced using  extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes and almonds. It can no longer be missing in your pantry!

You can use this ready-made condiment, slightly heated, by itself directly on the busiate drained al dente. If you like, you can add grated salted ricotta on top.
Or you can enrich with toasted breadcrumbs, a sprinkling of grated tuna bottarga or tuna in oil.

Directions for use:

Ready-to-use sauce for pasta, to be heated only. It does not require cooking.

To complete the dish we suggest garnishing as desired with a sprinkling of grated salted ricotta or grated tuna bottarga.

After opening, keep in the fridge, adding a drizzle of olive oil.

Ideal for seasoning 4 pasta dishes.
