By purchasing the Tenute Duca di Salaparuta he chose the most suitable territory for each selected grape variety. The choice of the best terroir, in basically hilly areas, well exposed to the winds, healthy and sunny, has allowed each vineyard to produce its own fruit in the naturally most suitable conditions, without forcing.
From here Duca di Salaparuta sets out to reduce health interventions on the vine to the bare essentials and develop a new concept of sustainability.
