Produced in the Risignolo estate, in central-western Sicily, characterized by wonderful expanses of fields bathed in the warm Mediterranean sun, where wine is a constituent element of a great cultural tradition and the vineyards, caressed by a light salty breeze, follow the profile of the hills until you reach the sea.

In this land, a fresh Sicilian white wine is born, perfect for the most elegant aperitifs, which presents itself in the glass with the classic straw yellow color and when opened presents itself with a fragrant bouquet where grapefruit, jasmine and tropical nuances reign supreme.

On the sip it is enveloping, fresh and tasty, very balanced between freshness and smoothness. With a very persistent finish.
