Etna Bianco Doc di Duca di Salaparuta, from pure Carricante grapes that grow on volcanic territories of excellence

A Sicilian white that fully expresses the essence of Etna, thanks also to the typical acidity of the grape. Carricante is expressed in Lavico Etna Bianco through intense aromas of peach, citrus and exotic fruit, lit by iodized, at times spicy sensations.

Structured and mineral, the fruity and saline notes return to the palate balanced by a clear and decisive acidity, which gives it an unexpected longevity.

With a bright straw yellow color that recalls the suggestions of hot and sunny summer days, it is a wine with an intense and varied aroma. Freshness and flavor emerge on the palate, it is particularly lively and at the same time balanced, with excellent gustatory persistence.

Produced in the Vajasindi estate, in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia and Randazzo, in north-eastern Sicily, on the slopes of Etna on the slope of the Alcantara valley, in a territory to which the soil gives the grapes unique characteristics.

Here Duca di Salaparuta decided to start a new project and experience the peculiarities of mountain agriculture. Lavico Etna Bianco DOC is therefore an expression of this demanding territory but full of excellence, and tells it through the vivacity of Carricante which is accompanied by balance, intensity and gustatory persistence.
