Organic white wine obtained from the vinification of white Moscato from Val di Noto.
White wine produced with grapes grown according to the biodynamic method on calcareous clay soils and naturally fermented by indigenous yeasts, without the use of chemicals. A wine that reflects and enhances the territory from which it is born.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a still red wine with an impenetrable ruby color and is classified DOCG. The vines are located in the geographical area of Valpolicella, on the hills of Negrar. Rich in flavors, sensual and opulent, it is a reference point for the other types of Amarone.
A delicate and at the same time decisive wine, from the union of four different grape varieties: Carricante, mainly, Cataratto, Grecanico and Minnella.

For the great lovers of fine wines, a more unique than rare piece: Amarone della Valpolicella Classic Riserva. Since 2011 this wine represents a milestone in wine growing. With a deep pomegranate red color and an intense aroma with delicate notes of bitter almond and hints of cherry, it has a powerful, complex, persistent and well balanced flavor, with a hint of spice.

In the mouth, the sip is well balanced between a pulpy fruit and a good dose of acidity, with very smooth tannins as a counterpoint. A red wine with a long finish of orange and touches of licorice.

Cyane represents one of the most traditional wine excellences of Southern Sicily, the Moscato di Siracusa.
It is, in fact, a white wine made from pure Moscato Bianco grapes, which come from the wonderful vineyards of Targia, in the Syracuse area, in the territories of the Pupillo Cellars
Its taste is the traditional one of a dry white Moscato, that is, a dry and soft taste, with a persistent finish. The scent is very intense and aromatic, releasing floral and fruity scents.

Solacium is a Passito di Siracusa, a sweet white dessert wine born in the Pupillo Cellars, in Syracuse.
Moscato di Siracusa brings with it a great history, the history of a fragrant, aromatic, elegant and intense dessert wine. A great excellence among Sicilian sweet wines, which thanks to its taste has managed to conquer palates all over the world.
This Solacium Passito di Siracusa releases spicy, aromatic, very broad aromas, while the color is a fairly bright golden yellow.
On the palate it is inebriating, with notes of dried figs, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, a very complex, intense flavor with a good, persistent finish.
