Tax includedSyracuse is traditionally an area of great Moscatos, in fact, the grapes for Moscato are grapes that prefer calcareous soils with good temperature variations, which are typical of the Syracuse area. In fact, these grapes grow on lands that are a meeting point between the sea breezes of the Ionian Sea and the breezes of the Mistral, which in this case, give the Solacium Moscato Passito a very intense, spicy and persistent flavour.
"The garden of delights of Federico II and the incredible opportunity to take refuge there", it is with these words that the Azienda Agricola Pupillo presents this Passito di Siracusa DOC, the Solacium, a passito that brings with it a long tradition, and with a unmistakable personality which is expressed entirely in its flavour, very intense and persistent.
As in any self-respecting Moscato, this one also mixes fragrances of fruit, flowers and essences, given by this wonderful white grape variety: Moscato Bianco. In fact, this Moscato Solacium is a sweet white wine for meditation, perfect at the end of a meal, with desserts, with small pastries and sweets in general.
The color of this Solacium is a bright golden yellow, while the scent has spicy, aromatic odors.
