Cyane represents one of the most traditional wine excellences of Southern Sicily, the Moscato di Siracusa.
It is, in fact, a white wine made from pure Moscato Bianco grapes, which come from the wonderful vineyards of Targia, in the Syracuse area, in the territories of the Pupillo Cellars
Its taste is the traditional one of a dry white Moscato, that is, a dry and soft taste, with a persistent finish. The scent is very intense and aromatic, releasing floral and fruity scents.

Tax includedThe "fruit of the transformation of a rebellious nymph", it is with these words that the Azienda Agricola Pupillo presented this Cyane, a white wine made from pure Moscato Bianco grapes which fully represents its territory, that of Syracuse.
Her name "Cyane" comes from the nymph who prevented Hades from kidnapping Persephone, whose God had fallen in love with her, and who as punishment beat her with her scepter, transforming her into a spring.
At sight this white wine has a straw yellow color, while on the nose it releases fruity and floral scents.
On the other hand, it has a dry and soft taste, with a good persistent finish.
It comes from pure Moscato Bianco grapes, which after being harvested manually, are left to ferment in steel tanks. Afterwards, it is left to refine for approximately 3-4 months on the yeasts.
