Produced from Inzolia grapes, Bianca di Valguarnera gives a great olfactory complexity. On the nose, notes of jasmine and orange blossom are perceived, accompanied by a hint of peach, apricot, coconut and vanilla.
The aromas of the Mediterranean scrub are then translated on the palate into a wine with strong tannins, characterized by good acidity and a considerable length.
Freshness and structure are harmonized in this noble Sicilian wine, to be surely combined with smoked salmon, tuna and swordfish

Refined white wine from Inzolia grapes, produced in the Risignolo estate, near Salemi, in the province of Trapani.
In this area of Central-Western Sicily, characterized by marvelous expanses of fields beaten by the warm Mediterranean sun, wine is a constitutive element of a great cultural tradition and the vineyards, caressed by a light brackish breeze, follow the profile of the hills until they reach the sea.
The clayey soil rich in humus, which has always been suited to wine production, and the hot-arid climate, with a strong temperature range, allow white grapes such as Insolia to give their best.
The 2019 vintage was characterized by a decidedly cool winter and spring. This seasonal trend has contributed to the fact that the various oenological phases of the vine have been delayed compared to previous vintages. Overall a very good year, definitely in favor of quality rather than quantity produced.
Towards the end of September, the grapes are harvested, carefully selected by hand and placed in small boxes which, upon arrival in the cellar, are immediately transformed into must, and then fermented in barriques.
After maturing for 12 months in oak barriques on its own lees, and after a further 12 months of bottle aging, the Bianca di Valguarnera is ready to give a great olfactory complexity. On the nose, the floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom are first perceived, accompanied by a delicate fruity hint of peach and dehydrated apricot, coconut and vanilla.
The aromas of the Mediterranean scrub are then translated on the palate into a wine with strong tannins, characterized by good acidity and a considerable length.
With a golden yellow color with greenish reflections, Bianco di Valguarnera is perfect in relaxing moments of meditation or for important events and meals. Freshness and structure harmonize in this elegant and noble Sicilian white wine, certainly to be paired with smoked salmon, tuna and swordfish, mushroom dishes, noble fish and crustaceans, medium-aged cheeses and savory white meats.
