The vines are grown on sea sands, shaped by the wind and rain like dunes, heated by the summer sun until they become inaccessible. Paolo Calì has decided to plant and cultivate only Sicilian native vines, such as Frappato, Nero d'Avola and Grillo. And to vinify them by enhancing the peculiarities of the soil and climate, which guarantees significant temperature excursions. Each year animated by passion and love for the vineyards, he takes care of each vine individually, carrying out, among other things, the most important and delicate operations manually. Firmly believing that to make an excellent wine it is essential to invest in the care of the vineyards. Because only a healthy vineyard, in perfect balance, can give significant results.
