Paolo Calì's Blues is a Terre Siciliane IGT, a pleasantly elegant white wine with intense and floral aromas, with marked citrus and spicy notes typical of the grape.

With a deep straw yellow color with golden reflections, in the mouth it is elegant, savory with a long and refreshing finish.

To combine with fish, shellfish and fried dishes. Also suitable for pairing with slightly seasoned cheeses or vegetables.

VINIFICATION Cold skin maceration on the skins, cold static clarification of the must and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16° C. Followed by refinement on its own yeasts until bottling.
