Fascinating Amarone, the result of the union of dried grapes mainly Corvina and Rondinella, with small percentages of Croatina and Oseleta.
The 2015 Amarone Monte Lodoletta by Dal Forno Romano offers hints of ripe berries, balsamic references, aromatic herbs and dried roses.
In the mouth, the sip is well balanced between a pulpy fruit and a good dose of acidity, with very smooth tannins as a counterpoint. A red wine with a long finish of orange and touches of licorice.

A label capable of being noticed even among the historic vintages of the Dal Forno Romano winery in Verona, thanks to the methodology with which it is produced.
Still wine with a very intense ruby red color. The nose perceives aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of dried fruit, in particular walnuts and almonds.
The ValPolicella Superiore 2015 in the mouth is harmonious and velvety, with important tannins and a finish of fruit in alcohol. Perfect with red meats, game and braised meats.

This white wine is a Certified Organic wine which takes its name from the cru from which the grapes come, namely: Masso. This name originates from the block of sandy rocks with red stones of which the land is composed.
This strong mineral structure therefore gives the wine particular sapidity, freshness and minerality.
The color is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections, while on the palate it is very fresh and persistent, with a long aromatic intensity with notes of almonds.

"Vrucara is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard whose land has always been called "Vrucara". It takes this name because the vruca is widely present, in Sicilian it is the name of a bush that spontaneously grows around the vineyard. This herb with a mentholated scent mixed with incense oil. "Transferred" into the ancient vine plants, unique, characteristics that we find later in the wine."
The Vrucara is the label that is a bit the symbol of this winery, which comes from old prephyloxxera vines.
