Amante - Mandarin Liqueur

The Amante owes its name to the softness and passion of his alcoholic notes. It is produced using the peels of sicilian best mandarins.

A liqueur that owes its unique taste and its scent to the use of only top quality mandarins and to the particular production technique handed down in family.

INGREDIENTS: water, sugar, alcohol, mandarins (minimum 50%).
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C in a frosted glass.
CAPACITY: 50 cl
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 34
CHARACTERISTICS: unfiltered liqueur, presence of essential oils
of mandarin on the surface.
COLOUR: amber, becoming transparent with aging in the bottle.
SMELL: intense fragrance of mandarin.
FLAVOUR: decisive and balanced.

It leaves a pleasant and intense citrus flavour and it can be used also for drinks, served at room temperature or with ice cubes.
