This Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Barone Montalto is a very elegant Merlot born in Valle del Belice, in the Trapani area.

This wine, after being aged for 6 months in wooden barrels, reveals itself with a very rich bouquet with hints of cherry and spices.

On the other hand, the sip reveals blackberries and plums, with a long and complex finish, one of the typical features of the wines of the Barone Montalto winery.

It is excellent to sip alongside red meat, pasta or rice.

To be served at a recommended temperature of 14° - 16° C.
