Rosso delle Rose from Masseria del Feudo, an organic Nero d'Avola from Doc Sicilia that surprises you with every sip

Nero d'Avola by Masseria del Feudo shows an intense ruby ​​red color. On the nose a pleasant complex and intriguing olfactory aromatic bouquet, with spicy notes and ripe black fruit, licorice, spices and sugary notes of cocoa and vanilla.

In the mouth it is silky, enveloping, with a good firmness and persistence, all supported by a typical acidity that makes it dynamic and savory. In the aftertaste emerge notes of coffee and dark chocolate typical of this noble variety, daughter of the Sicilian winemaking tradition.

Excellent pairing with baked red meats, grilled meats, savory first courses and aged cheeses.

Masseria del Feudo is the model of a reality in which modernity and memory intersect, promoting viticulture and agriculture in a land where innovation finds support in tradition.

Winemaking: Destalking, maceration and fermentation through indigenous yeasts in stainless vats for 20 days at 24°C, racking, refining 12 months in casks and 6 months in bottle.
