A Sicilian wine that presents itself in the glass with an intense red color with violet reflections and which enjoys a broad, velvety and succulent flavor with present but gentle tannins.
Perfect in combination with land dishes, it does not lose its character even with fish starters.

Syrah is a red grape variety of controversial origin, now cultivated all over the world, which has found in Sicily a territory that allows it to express itself excellently thanks also to its good resistance to climatic adversities, guaranteeing a low but constant production.
Thanks to the land in which it is born, this typical Sicilian red wine takes on a very intense red color with some violet reflections.
Upon opening it presents a bouquet of jam, red fruits and black pepper.
On the palate it is very velvety, with very succulent tannins and a great elegance in the finish.
