Busiate with cuttlefish ink - Artisan-made dry pasta

The "Bus" from which this pasta takes its name, in Arabic is a thin rod used to roll these long fusilli typical of the Trapani area.

An artisan pasta factory produces them for us by paying the utmost attention to all stages of processing, from the choice of the best durum wheat semolina to bronze drawing and drying at low temperatures to ensure greater cooking yield than industrial pasta.

In this particular version it is flavored with squid ink, with an inimitable color and taste!
