In this traditional version, the Nuova Dolceria has combined the naturally leavened dough, made with sourdough together with candied raisins, orange and citron, covering everything with an almond glaze.
To create this dough so good and genuine, Nuova Dolceria decided to use the "sourdough", which in addition to making the Panettone more digestible, avoids the use of artificial additives and preservatives.
