This soft dough, the result of 36 hours of leavening, has Modica dark chocolate as its protagonist, Sicilian excellence like most of the short-chain raw materials used by master pastry chefs Angelo and Giovanni Inglima.
This handmade Modica IGP chocolate panettone is a more delicious version of the traditional Panettone. With a soft and elastic dough, which is enriched with top quality zero-kilometer ingredients and without any type of preservative!
Modica chocolate is present both in the dough and in the filling, enriched with Canicattì orange honey and Madagascar vanilla beans, which give this dove a personality and an intoxicating scent!
INGREDIENTS chocolate dough: Water, type 0 and type 1 soft wheat flours ground in Italy (EU origin), butter, sugar, category A egg yolk, salt, mother yeast, Modica PGI chocolate 60% (cocoa mass 60%, sugar), cocoa, malt, wildflower honey from Canicattì, vanilla pods from Madagascar, sunflower lecithin.
COVERING: Raw almonds, sugar, icing sugar, rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, egg whites, cocoa.
