Triplovo is a liqueur cream that is excellent both to be enjoyed cold by the glass and as an ingredient for desserts such as zabaglione.
It is a Sicilian fortified wine characterized by a high sugar residue, 34%, which makes Triplovo a very sweet and dense cream.
This cream comes from a base of Marsala Fine DOC to which the specific aroma is added, in this case the egg aroma.

It comes from a blend of native white grapes, namely Grillo, Cataratto and Inzolia, grown in Marsala, in the Martinez Cellars.

SHELF LIFE: If kept away from sources of light and heat, it can be stored for several years.
STORAGE METHOD: Once the bottle has been opened, if closed with its mushroom cap and stored in a dry place, away from sources of light and heat, it keeps well for several months.
