It is an intimate relationship that binds product and manufacturer who, with care and patience, expect the best from his product. In fact, only 10% of the reserves of the Martinez winery are placed on the market after being patiently aged in oak barrels.
The aging, processing and bottling compartments are gathered in a single beam of about 6,000 square meters. The Martinez winery is mainly made of tuff, a typical material of the area that avoids temperature changes and keeps the humidity high. The Martinez cellar becomes the ideal place for aging Marsala wines in wood. With a view to continuous improvement, a gradual restructuring process of the Martinez cellar has been carried out over the last decade in order to respect and enhance its original characteristics.

This Marsala is a D.O.C. fortified wine produced in Marsala, in the province of Trapani, in Sicily.
Alcohol and mistelle, an element responsible for the balance and smoothness, are added to the wine during the concia process, which is the stage when the type of Marsala being produced is defined.
Excellent dessert wine with a dry and harmonious taste.
Don Santo is a delicious sweet dessert wine that is excellent when paired with typical Sicilian desserts or fresh fruit. It has very intense and aromatic aromas, given by the highly sugary musts on which it is born.
This after-meal liqueur has a particularly bright golden color and some amber reflections.

The Vergine Riserva 2003 is dedicated to the first car purchased by the Martinez family, a TP7 Diatto. It was the early 1900s when Gaspare Martinez, exponent of the second generation, lent it to King Vittorio Emanuele III during his trip to Sicily.
It is one of the oldest Marsalas from the Martinez winery, a Marsala that was born in 1986 and rested in small oak barrels for as many as 36 years.
Despite being the oldest Marsala, Exito is also the one with the youngest packaging, in fact it differs from the other Martinez Marsalas for its transparent glass bottle which enhances the gold color of this Marsala Vergine Riserva DOC.
