An Easter Colomba created in an artisanal way by the Sicilian Pastry Shop Bonfissuto, one of the most famous Sicilian Pastry Shops located in Canicattì, in the province of Agrigento.
This Colomba is characterized by a Caramel coating enriched by the strong flavor of Motya salt which together with the drops of Salted Caramel creates a unique combination.
To make this Colomba even more delicious, on top there is a pouring of very fine Milk Chocolate flavored with Caramel.

This very soft Colomba is a unique sensory journey, thanks to the drops of Salted Caramel that are added over a delicious pour of the finest Caramel-flavoured Milk Chocolate.
But what makes all this even richer and tastier is the Salt of Mozia, which thanks to its strong taste gives a unique flavor to this Colomba.
The dough for this Easter Colomba is very soft, worked by hand and left to rise slowly.
INGREDIENTS: type 0 soft wheat flour, free-range egg yolk, granulated sugar, butter, liquid butter, whole milk powder, fructose, natural mother yeast, salt, Madagascar vanilla berry flavouring, natural flavourings.
Salted caramel drops: glucose syrup, whole milk powder, creme fraiche d'isigny A.O.P., salted bars d'isigny A.O.P. (3.6%), Guernade salt (1.2%), emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin.
External icing: caramel milk chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, caramelized sugar (1.5%), emulsifier lecithin (soya), flavouring, spices, natural extract of vanilla. Grains of Motya salt.
May contain traces of eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and mustard.

Ottima colomba dal gusto di caramello. La crema non è troppo presente ma copre quasi ogni zona così che sia presente almeno un po' a ogni fetta
