This soft dough, the result of 36 hours of leavening, has Modica dark chocolate as its protagonist, Sicilian excellence like most of the short-chain raw materials used by master pastry chefs Angelo and Giovanni Inglima.
This Colomba is a more delicious version of the traditional Colomba.
Modica chocolate together with candied oranges, Canicattì honey and Madagascar vanilla berries give this dove a unique personality and an intoxicating scent!
INGREDIENTS: Water, type 0 and type 1 soft wheat flours ground in Italy (EU origin), butter, sugar, category A egg yolk, salt, mother yeast, semi-candied orange cubes (glucose syrup, sucrose) Chocolate di Modica IGP 60% (cocoa mass 60%, sugar), malt, wildflower honey from Canicattì, vanilla beans from Madagascar, sunflower lecithin
