Costallegra is a new line of "Sea wines" that the Baglio Oro winery has chosen to create by combining memory and family experience with modern oenology, always seeking new tastes and new aromas.
It is a savory, enveloping organic red wine, with great aroma and good persistence, which comes from 100% Perricone grapes harvested in the hinterland of Marsala. Furthermore, it is a wine that ages in concrete, a characteristic that makes its taste a little gentler and its aromas a little more fruity.

It is a very intense red wine, with a strong aroma of ripe fruit. On the palate it is very round, balanced and with a very persistent finish.
Born in the Baglio Oro winery and is a blend of Nero d'Avola and Syrah with a strong flavour, which goes very well with dishes with an important flavour.

The Passivento method is the method that involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit room, where the skilful control of ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
The wine then ages for a period in steel and for another 12 months in wooden barriques.
This Sicilian Riserva red wine comes from a blend of Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, resulting in a fruity and intense red wine, which excellently accompanies important dishes with strong flavours, such as game, stews and mature cheeses.

Barone Montalto's Cabernet Sauvignon Nero D'Avola is part of the Acquerello line that the winery wanted to dedicate to wines to bring to the table every day.
With an intense red color with lively and intense reflections, on the palate it fully expresses the characteristics of these two vines in a refined and deep taste. Nero d'Avola by Masseria del Feudo shows an intense ruby red color. Pleasant menthol notes on the nose, combined with sweeter hints of small ripe red fruits and hints of pepper that make it intriguing and complex.
