This Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG boasts the best characteristics of Nero d'Avola and the best characteristics of Frappato, because the structured notes of Nero d'Avola arrive immediately on the palate, but afterwards it remains quite fresh thanks to both the Frappato grapes and the production method refinement in steel.

Grillo Doc from grapes grown in C.da Grottarossa in Caltanissetta with organic methods.
With a golden straw yellow color, the scent is fine and clean with delicate citrus notes, acacia honey and typical floral scents. In the background, spicy aromas of white pepper and currants emerge. Good balance between flavor and acidity, hydrocarbon notes stand out destined to increase in intensity with the aging of the wine.

Intense straw yellow color. On the nose floral and fruity notes together with aromas of orange peel, toasted hazelnut and marzipan. Excellent gustatory structure, enveloping mouth, the long, dynamic and balanced finish on the sip is smooth and very elegant.

Disueri is a Nero d'Avola that was born in the San Giacomo Estate, in Butera, near Caltanissetta.
This estate is very special for its colour, a white color "like snow and Sicilian nougat", only Nero d'Avola grapes grow here.
In the glass this wine has a ruby red color with some violet reflections, with a bouquet of blueberries and black cherries.
The sip is well structured with a fruity persistence.
Jalè is a modern and captivating Chardonnay. It has a fragrant scent, enriched with tropical fruit, citrus and mineral tones.
On the palate it is quite round, enveloping and lively, with a long persistence.
