Sul Vulcano 2021 surprises with its elegance that reflects the typical characteristics of Etna. The new Donnafugata red has a fragrant bouquet with intense notes of red fruits and flowery scents accompanied by delicate spicy nuances. The palate is soft and enveloping; a balanced, persistent finish.

Light ruby red in color, Dea Vulcano 2021 offers a refined bouquet with notes of red fruit (wild strawberry) and floral hints of violet; delicate tertiary nuances are added including black pepper and sweet tobacco. On the palate it is fresh and soft with well-integrated tannins and a balanced and succulent finish.
Fragore , ruby red colored, offers an ample and deep bouquet with notes of wild berries followed by spicy hints that blend with balsamic and mineral nuances. On the palate it offers an extraordinary complexity and elegance characterized by marked minerality and important tannins; the finish is remarkably persistent.

Fascinating Amarone, the result of the union of dried grapes mainly Corvina and Rondinella, with small percentages of Croatina and Oseleta.
The 2015 Amarone Monte Lodoletta by Dal Forno Romano offers hints of ripe berries, balsamic references, aromatic herbs and dried roses.

Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.
