Marzola is a late mandarin that ripens in March. In the Blanco district, the temperature changes favor the intense aroma of its skins preserved in this liqueur thanks to an infusion in alcohol for 60 days.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, tangerine peel infusion.
Any residues are obtained by infusing the mandarin peel.

Obtained from the infusion of Tarocco Gallo orange peels harvested in January in alcohol, this variety grown on the slopes of Etna is distinguished by the presence of anthocyanins in the skins.

The First Flower lemon is harvested in the San Martino Piana district in February. The rinds are infused in alcohol to seal the intense scent of the Etna lands in this liqueur.

A high-class white Etna DOC born in Castiglione di Sicilia, on the northern side of Etna, from Carricante grapes.
It is a fairly full-bodied Sicilian white wine, well balanced and rich in flavor, which presents itself in the mouth with fruity hints of white peach and yellow flowers, which leave an elegant trace on the palate.

A very elegant and profound Sicilian red wine, which is born in Castiglione di Sicilia, on the northern side of Etna, from Nerello Mascalese grapes.
It is a red wine rich in elegant tannins, full-bodied, with fruity notes and with a very harmonious persistence on the palate.

A Sicilian red wine Nero d'Avola, the most classic of Sicilian vines. Healthy and genuine, reflection of an uncontaminated land cared for with love and attention.

Brut sparkling wine, comes from the Etna vulcanic soils from Nerello Mascalese grapes, sparkling in white with the classic method. A very fresh and fruity Brut Etna DOC sparkling wine, which comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes, a type of grape highly appreciated in Sicily, which creates an elegant and refined wine with a very particular character.
The Gaudensius Rosè Etna DOC has a brilliant rosé color and the nose comes with a bouquet of delicate aromas that recall red fruits and flowers.
On the palate it is very fine and persistent.
