Amaro Amara with case - Sicilian Bitter Liqueur
AMARA is the Sicilian liqueur that was born on the slopes of Etna, produced in small quantities, selecting the best "Red Oranges of Sicily IGP" that the Red Company has been cultivating for generations in the orange groves in Contrada San Martino in Misterbianco.
50 cl bottle.
Fascinating Amarone, the result of the union of dried grapes mainly Corvina and Rondinella, with small percentages of Croatina and Oseleta.
The 2015 Amarone Monte Lodoletta by Dal Forno Romano offers hints of ripe berries, balsamic references, aromatic herbs and dried roses.
In the mouth, the sip is well balanced between a pulpy fruit and a good dose of acidity, with very smooth tannins as a counterpoint. A red wine with a long finish of orange and touches of licorice.
Vintage: 2015.
A label capable of being noticed even among the historic vintages of the Dal Forno Romano winery in Verona, thanks to the methodology with which it is produced.
Still wine with a very intense ruby red color. The nose perceives aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of dried fruit, in particular walnuts and almonds.
The ValPolicella Superiore 2015 in the mouth is harmonious and velvety, with important tannins and a finish of fruit in alcohol. Perfect with red meats, game and braised meats.

The Magnum version of the famous Amaro Amara is a perfect gift for those who want to share an excellent Sicilian Amaro with friends or family.
The liqueur, which is born at the foot of Etna from the best IGP Red Oranges of Sicily, is wrapped in a great passion handed down from generation to generation within the great orange groves of Misterbianco, at the foot of Etna.
Excellent digestive to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, to be served chilled. Try adding a crush of aromatic herbs and an ice cube made with orange juice to the bitter.
Pietradolce's Etna Rosso is a very fine wine thanks to the fact that it is born on old pre-phyloxxera sapling vines, and is then aged in cask for 14 months.
This wine, with a bright ruby red color and an energetic and structured flavour, the bouquet is intense and complex, with nuances of myrtle, red fruits and aromatic herbs.
Vintage: 2018
Produced exclusively from 80-100 year old pre-phyloxxera Nerello Mascalese vines, grown in the area traditionally called "Barbagalli", at an altitude of 900 meters on the northern slope of Etna.
In the glass this wine has an intense ruby color, the bouquet is instead very intense, complex and articulated with notes of myrtle and red fruits.
Furthermore, it is perfect to combine with meats such as pork, or with cheeses, even better if aged.
Vintage: 2016
This version of Etna Rosso Barbagalli is an extraordinarily elegant red wine, one of the best expressions of Nerello Mascalese.
It is left to mature for 20 months in oak barrels, and enjoys very balanced tones, between red fruit and sweet spices. On the palate it is very velvety, supported by fine tannins and an energetic freshness.
Furthermore, it is perfect to combine with strong flavors such as red meat, or a classic pasta with meat sauce.
