Born on the slopes of Etna, using only the best IGP Red Oranges of Sicily that the Rossa Company has been growing for generations in the orange groves in Contrada San Martino in Misterbianco.
It is a natural bitter as it is produced with the peel of the best "Sicilian Red Oranges PGI", grown without the use of chemicals.
Produced in an artisanal way, with a strong regional identity, which contains intense aromas of citrus and orange blossom. A hymn to summer and Sicily!
Traditional and innovative, it stems from a far-sighted vision that aims to renew the Sicilian agricultural tradition, relaunching the cultivation of the family's orange groves, with the aim of enhancing and making Sicilian excellence known around the world.
In orange groves, a drip irrigation system is used which, compared to the past, saves 30% of water, thus helping the environment.
We grow in our citrus groves the "Red Oranges of Sicily PGI"
We carefully select them and peel them by hand one by one
We infuse the peel with alcohol and wild herbs
We add pure water from the source of Etna
